Restaurant Arbil Doner Imbiss in Heidelberg

Unfortunately, the Arbil kebab snack has deteriorated a lot compared to before. I would like to use this to offer constructive criticism in the hope that something will change again. I used to be really enthusiastic about the snack. Negative points: - Something is always forgotten when ordering "TO GO" (hummus or flatbread). On my last visit, I kindly pointed out that I wanted another flatbread. For this I got an outrageous saying ("if you want I can give you five loaves of bread hahaha"). - The waitress (before Corona) was always more concerned with themselves than with the guests. Men are given by the staff to get a higher tip. Doesn't work at all. - The toilets are in really terrible condition. I hope that there is more emphasis on hygiene in the kitchen. - Meat has not been left on the grill long enough twice. Result: meat was not completely cooked through. I would be happy if the owners take the criticism to heart. I won't be a guest any more soon.

I was visiting the Heart Hospital after I had heart surgery. Usually after it's done, my lunch is in a restaurant in Erbil ... good .. Excellent food and great services ... Thank them.

His father's food is salty and has such an intense taste of its own. Didn't eat the food anymore. No. 35 for € 15. I liked the soup very much. But wouldn't eat there again.

Not recommendable. Totally unfriendly. And the food wasn't a hit either!

The most impossible service in all of Heidelberg. No hygiene rules. The public order office and the health department would be delighted here. No recording of contact details. No disinfection of the tables. The service ignored you and served you very unfriendly. The order was promptly wrong. Food was not comparable to other kebab shops. At the end there was an impossible saying from the 2 waitresses. Never again .

The Turkish pizza was delicious! The young man behind the counter was very nice. When I'm in Heidelberg again, I'll eat there again.

Doner was really not good. Much too greasy and also quite small for a "big" kebab.

Actually everything is good except for one waitress. The girl was so rude. Wanted to pay separately, she said it doesn't work. Then had to calculate who has to pay what and she simply says "are not that good at math". At first I thought she was fun and I laughed. Then she said very cheekily "you can tell". Never come back here. All was well and good, but your cheek is unacceptable.

Not recommendable. Receiving wrong orders, overbilled or even completely ignored is part of the service here.

Amazing Iraqi kebab, the problem is that u need to learn Dutch or Persian language, otherwise u will wait your order more than normal, but its worthy.

Unfortunately, very disappointing. We spontaneously decided on this restaurant, unfortunately it is not what we expected. The portions were normal, but the lamb mince skewers have a very strong taste of their own and could have been processed better. The rice was ok and more than half the plate of salad. The pizza is actually quite ok, but very, very thin, some like that, but that means that you have to eat at least 2 whole pizzas to be really full. The prices of the drinks refer to small cans.

Very bad service she said we should order quickly (she would have a party evening in 5 minutes) !!! We received a kebab plate that was very greasy and we asked to take it. The waitress offered no alternative. My soup was cold !!! I asked politely if she could warm him !!! When paying I should pay the kebab plate and I tried to explain to her not to do this because we didn't eat it and no alternative was offered, she said I had to pay it! I asked the boss to speak, he came talking from the right left was the waitress I gave 50 euros between calls from the boss and the waitress, I was upset so I didn't notice that the waitress didn't give my change. I only noticed it after I opened the store had left. Then I called the boss apologized and said that I could pick up the money today on registration that I would come by, he said that he would not do it I don't need to lie about 40 !!! If you order kebab skewers, it only tastes good if the bread is not old (hard, little and from the day before). The men's toilet was not clean. The floor was soaking wet (for whatever reason). The Fasoulja super was neither fresh nor tasted good. The two stars are only given because the waitresses were so friendly. Never again!

The food is okay. The disgusting waitress has to deal with my husband. Kind regards to the little one;)

Arbil is by far the best falafel I have found in Heidelberg, and the people working there are kind, funny, and accommodating. I recommend 100%

Tasty food, typical Iraqi dishes, might be too spicy depending on what you order but as an overall it is a clean and affordable place.

The only certified halal I found in the vicinity. Food is OK. Cozy atmosphere. Service was OK. Nothing special to give a 5 star.
